RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lux HAVEN, we strive for perfection. However, if a mistake occurs:

• Incorrect Items: If you receive a "Wrong Item" (different from what was ordered), Lux HAVEN will bear the full cost of return shipping and the exchange.

• Refund Options: In the event of an incorrect delivery, the customer may choose between a direct exchange for the correct item or a full refund.

• Conditions: To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original luxury packaging. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or seals that have been broken.
